Terms and Conditions of Use for Ndlela Car Wrap

Welcome to the Ndlela Car Wrap website (“Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or ordering our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using our Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Ndlela Car Wrap (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made via this Site or via direct communication with our team.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Ndlela Car Wrap or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

  • You are granted a limited license to view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Our Services & Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for our services, including Vehicle Wraps, Car Branding, Signage, Logo Design, Mag Repair, and Printing. However, we do not warrant that:

  • The descriptions, colors, or mock-ups displayed on your screen are entirely accurate (screen colors may vary).

  • The service will meet your specific requirements, except as explicitly stated in your signed quotation.

Service Limitations: The final outcome of vehicle wraps, window frosting, and signage depends on the condition of the surface being applied to. We are not responsible for pre-existing paint damage, rust, or imperfections on vehicles or walls that may affect the final installation.

4. Quotations, Pricing, and Payments

  • Quotations: All quotes provided by Ndlela Car Wrap are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of the request.

  • Pricing: Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT (where applicable), unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required prior to the commencement of any project (vehicle wraps, signage, or printing). The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and before delivery or installation of the final product.

  • Payment Methods: We accept [Insert accepted methods: e.g., EFT, Cash, Credit/Debit Cards via Yoco].

  • Late Payment: Accounts outstanding beyond 30 days of the due date may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month, and collection costs may be pursued.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful completion of your project, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, clear, and complete design briefs or artwork. If we are designing your logo or signage, you must approve the final proof in writing before production begins.

  • For vehicle wraps: Ensure your vehicle is delivered to our workshop clean and in the condition specified during the quote stage.

  • For mag repairs: Ensure that the vehicle is left with us only for the agreed-upon repair period.

  • You grant Ndlela Car Wrap permission to photograph the finished work for use in our portfolio, gallery, and social media marketing, unless you explicitly request confidentiality in writing.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

  • Cancellations: If you cancel a project before production has begun, your deposit will be refunded, minus a reasonable administrative fee to cover design time already spent. If production has commenced (e.g., vinyl has been printed or materials have been ordered), the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for custom-produced items (vehicle wraps, signage, printed business cards, or wallpaper) once they have been produced, as these are bespoke to your requirements. We will, however, replace or fix any work that is proven to be defective due to our craftsmanship or material faults (within 30 days of installation).

  • Damages: We are not responsible for damage to vehicle paintwork caused by the removal of old wraps or signage that were not originally installed by Ndlela Car Wrap.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Ndlela Car Wrap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Ndlela Car Wrap for the specific service in question.

8. Website Use and User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that may cause damage to the Site or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Site.

  • Use the Site to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or IT systems.

9. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment gateways or social media). These links are provided for your convenience only. Ndlela Car Wrap has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
